Return Policy

How do I intiate a return?

  • 1.To initiate a return, please contact with sales manager within 3 days. 
  • 2. Items must be unworn and unwashed, undamaged, unaltered.
  • 3. Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • 4. Any returns must be made at your own cost, after return, please write tracking number and website to sales manager.
  • 5. Generally, we will refund within 7 business days after receive return items. Please note that you will still be responsible for anyreturn shipping fees, actual shipping charges and tax for return.

Note: Please don't return goods to the sender address on the package. It is not a return address. Please contact with sales manager to get a return address.


If items damaged or defective, how to deal?

  • 1. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact with sales manager within 3 days to inform us of the issue. 
  • 2. You must add the photo or video of damage/defect item in email.
  • 3. After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method or your shewin account balance without return damaged or defective item.
  • Generally, it will takes 3-5 business days for corfirm and refund.

Note: If we have not receive message or e-mail within 3 days after you receive the parcel, it will no longer qualify for a refund. 
         We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
